PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to release the sale deed dated 30.01.1997 in Document NO.456 of 2000 registered on the file of the second respondent office to the petitioners by considering the first petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2013 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents to release the sale deed dated 30.01.1997 registered as document NO.456 of 2000 by considering the representation dated
25.06.2013. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after a period of fifteen years, the document is not released by the second respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the first petitioner dated 25.06.2013 shall be considered and orders will be passed on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
3. Considering the fact that the document is said to have been registered in the year 2000, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the first petitioner dated 25.06.2013 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
