O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to Revise the Staff Fixation of the petitioner school for the Academic year 2024-2025, based on the verified EMIS Strength in the Petitioners School by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 26.02.2025 and 01.09.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representations on 26.02.2025 & 01.09.2025 respectively for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 26.02.2025 & 01.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
