PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the order of return, dated 19.08.2025 returned the plaint in unnumbered O.S.No.SR.1876 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Vedasanthur and to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, to number the same by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, dated 19.08.2025, returning the plaint in unnumbered O.S.No.SR.1876 of 2025 and to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, to number the suit filed by the Revision Petitioners.
2.Heard Mr.M.Vignesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioners and Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 15 to 19. 3.This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 19.08.2025, passed in unnumbered O.S.No.SR.1876 of 2025 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Vedasanthur, by which, the plaint filed by the Revision Petitioners, was returned by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, on the ground that no prayer has been made as against the defendants 15 to 19/respondents 15 to 19 herein. The Revision Petitioners
have re-presented the plaint by making compliance on several occasions, however, the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, has returned the plaint, as no compliance has been made out. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
4.The learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioners submitted that the defendants 15 to 19/respondents 15 to 19 herein are necessary parties to the suit, as in order to prevent them from alienating the suit property at the instance of the other defendants, they have been made as parties to the suit and return of plaint by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, is nonest in the eye of law and it will cause serious prejudice to the Revision Petitioners and seeks interference of this Court. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also after perusing the orders passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Revision Petitioners to re-present the plaint in unnumbered O.S.No.SR.1876 of 2025 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Vedasanthur, explaining the
reasons with regard to the compliance made by them and on such representation, the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasanthur, is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders with the regard to the numbering of the suit in the open Court after hearing the Revision Petitioners on or before 19.12.2025.
6.With the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 09.12.2025 Internet :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Note: 1) Issue order copy by 10.12.2025.
