Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to enforce the permission granted by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent vide the letter of reference No.4123/2012/d1 dated 07.11.12 under its letter and spirit by removing the MILK vending parlor installed by the 3rd respondent in front of the casualty entrance gate of Government Hospital at Tirunelveli and relocate the same in the place allotted to it by the 2nd respondent vide the sketch annexed by the order dated 07.11.2012 and thus render justice.

petition has become infructuous as the supply of milk to the Aavin booth has been stopped.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
