ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) We are satisfied that the authorities have complied with the Court's orders. The contempt petition is closed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that after removal of the encroachment by the authorities, the encroacher has once again put up the pillar stones and fencing. If that be so, it would be an act of contempt committed by an individual concerned. It is open to the petitioner to issue notice to him.
