Heard both sides.

2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted in writ proceedings. The petitioner has to move the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief. If any such suit is filed, it shall be numbered immediately, provided the papers are in order. If any interim application is filed, it shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The registering authority can be made as a party in the interim application even he is not made as defendant in the main suit. 2/4

3.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
