2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and final order has

been passed on 13.06.2011.

3. The writ petition is filed only for a Mandamus, whereas the order itself has been passed on 13.06.2011, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
