This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue posting order to the petitioner for the post of 'Village Assistant' for the interview attended by the petitioner on 15.09.2010 in the office of the 2nd respondent as per notice in Na.Ka.No. E1/2238/2010 dated 31.08.2010.

2.The publication was made in the year 2010 and the petitioner also attended the interview, but he was not selected. If anybody is selected, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
