ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this public interest litigation seeking direction to the 1st respondent to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 for the acts of misappropriation for the period between 2012 and 2013.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and we have also perused the records.

3. A perusal of the record would go to show that except making the allegation of misappropriation by the respondents 4 and 5, the petitioner has not produced any material whatsoever to even make out a prima facie case of misappropriation. Therefore, no direction as prayed for could be given. Accordingly this petition is dismissed. No costs.
