ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.120 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu and consequentially, direct any other independent agency as directed by this Court to conduct further investigation in Crime No.246 of 2024, dated 08.10.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police station and file final report afresh.

Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that now, the trial was commenced and the summon was issued to L.W.1 to L.W.3. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate for the trial. 02.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss Page No. 2 of 4
