This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Melur to assign the number in E.A. unnumbered of 2025 in E.P.No.22 of 2024 filed by the petitioner under the provision of Order 21 Rule 106 Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the fact that the Court had recorded delivery as early as on 17.10.2025 based upon the report filed by the respondent and the execution petition itself has been terminated on 22.10.2025, the Civil Revision Petition challenging the return made by the Court below dated 23.10.2025 would become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
