The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 17.10.2024 in WP(MD) No. Page No. 1 of 3

6016 of 2019, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent therein to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the third respondent school as Craft Teacher (Agriculture) with effect from 01.06.2010 onwards and disburse his salary with all other attendant benefits.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the first respondent on 25.04.2025. Recording the same, the present contempt petition stands closed.
