Respondents Prayer: The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.778/Aa2/2013, dated 04.06.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the marriage of the petitioner under Section 16 of the Special Marriage Act.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.778/Aa2/2013, dated 04.06.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the marriage of the petitioner under Section 16 of the Special Marriage Act.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Writ petition, the petitioner has become major and hence, the Writ petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
