ORDER

The third respondent is the owner of the property in survey No.R.S.No.104/2BR2. Subsequently, the petitioner purchased the said land from the third respondent through a registered sale deed dated 07.12.2011. Now, the petitioner alleged that the third respondent failed to discharge the loan obtained from the second respondent Bank. Since the third respondent failed to discharge the loan amount, the second respondent Bank, by using recovery agents, is threatening the petitioner to repay the loan and hence, the the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent has discharged the entire loan amount and as on today, there is no threat to the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
