Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connection with the impugned proceeding in Na.Ka.No.25080/G3/2010 dated 13.09.2010 passed by the 1st Respondent, by confirming the order of the 4th respondent Proceedings dated 14.07.2010 and quash the same and direct the 2nd Respondent to appoint the Enquiry Officer to conduct fresh enquiry on the basis of charges framed against the Petitioner by the 4th Respondent.
