(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that illegal stockyard is being run in various places, as referred in the writ petition.
2. Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submits that there is no illegal stockyard and stockyard is being run only on valid licence. Be that as it may, if the petitioner is able to point out any illegality in stockyard for the present, he may address the same before the competent authority.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
