PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records of the second respondent in his letter Na.Ka.No.25876/E2/08-1 dated 24.03.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to send the petitioner to the training for promotion to the post of Livestock Inspector and also promote the petitioner to the post of Livestock Inspector with effect from the date on which his immediate junior in the cadre of Veterinary Assistant has been promoted to the post of Livestock Inspector with all the service, monetary and other attended benefits.
