These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.14/V IPS/Proceedings/2015 and Na.Ka.No.15/VIPS/Proceedings/2015, dated 11.10.2025 quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the the respondents to provide necessary Police permission and protection to conduct 118th year of Devar Jeyanthi function to be held on 29.10.2025 & 30.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
