The present petition has been filed seeking to extend the period of interim stay passed in W.P.(MD)No.16227 of 2025, dated 17.06.2025. 2.This Court, vide order, dated 17.06.2025, had disposed of the above Writ Petition with the following directions: "........

3.Therefore, this Court is inclined to protect the petitioner. Accordingly, there shall be an order of interim stay for a period of three (3) months from today, i.e., on 17.06.2025. In the meantime, the first respondent is directed to entertain the stay petition and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appellate authority has seized of the matter, but has not completed the appeal proceedings. Hence, he filed the present petition with the above prayer. 2/4

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the order of interim stay already granted by this Court, vide order, dated 17.06.2025, is extended until the completion of the appeal proceedings.
