The Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 from installing transformer on the common pathway that is in front of the petitioner's back side of his residence and "Gem Palace a Marriage Hall" in Block No.24, old T.S.No.2289 New T.S.No.56 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Singarathope, Trichy-8, by considering his representation dated 12.06.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 represented that the respondents are not transferring any transformer in to the common pathway or before the Marriage Hall. The said representation is recorded. The Writ Petition is closed as no order is required. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
