This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to prevent collection of excess bus fare in the buses plying between Thalavaipuram to Rajapalayam, contrary to the fare fixed by the Government in its proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.783, Home (Transport VII) Dated 17.11.2011.

2. Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that fare is collected only in terms of the Government Order issued by the Government.
