PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.3 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(B), and 109 of IPC in Crime No.3 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.This Court has already granted interim anticipatory bail by directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police and cooperate for the investigation. Today, it is submitted by the prosecution that the petitioners appeared before the respondent police and cooperated for the investigation. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further submitted that after investigation, the prosecution has come to the conclusion that as of now, the petitioners are not accused in the crime. 2/4

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. In future, if the petitioners names are included in the FIR, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
