2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by this Court in para No.5 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13641 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that "the peitioner shall surrender before the learned the petitioner shall submit a bail application before the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. On such submission, the learned Principal District Judge shall consider the bail application on the same day in accordance with law".
