The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.563 of 2025, on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the offences are bailable and therefore, the petitioners shall approach the station for station bail.
