2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is a History sheeted rowdy and hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.13345 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
