This petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's name as 'Rahumaan @ Rahuman Khan' instead of 'Rahuman Khan' and also the name of this father as 'Rabeek @ Rabeek Raja' instead of 'Rabeek Raja' in the petition filed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16358 of 2025 and consequently, amend the same in the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this amendment petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. 4.The time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST cases, Theni, is extended by 2/4
