This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application filed under Section 10 of Tamilnadu Patta Pass Book Act, dated 10.04.2013, within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed an application under Section 10 of Tamilnadu Patta Pass Book Act dated 10.04.2013, seeking mutation of patta in respect of his property to an extent of 0.8.33 cents, situated at Thenoor 1st Bit Village. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above mentioned prayer. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application filed under Section 10 of Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act dated 10.04.2013, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
