ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court in the petition as well as in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17672 of 2025, dated 14.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended by fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply the with order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17672 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 06.11.2025 PJL Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order and issue fresh order copy on 10.11.2025.
