Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent vide its proceedings in Na.Ka.No.836/2010 dated 25.11.2010 and quash the same and further directing the respondent to impose Tax on the petitioner's property situate in Survey No.108/4 at Kottaiyur, Kallangudi Group, Sivagangai District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order of the respondent dated 25.11.2010 passed in Na.Ka.No.836/2010 with the consequential direction to the respondent to impose Tax on the petitioner's property situate in Survey No.108/4 at Kottaiyur, Kallangudi Group, Sivagangai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed as infructuous, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, if required.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed as having become infructuous with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. No costs.
