ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the third Respondent to cancel the petitioner's suspension order in Na.Ka.No. 1156/2025/C1 dated 23.06.2025 passed by the third Respondent and to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits by considering the petitioners representation dated 09.10.2025.

2. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive mandamus, considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 2/4

09.10.2024 for the very same reasons, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
