ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17226 of 2025, dated10.10.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are residing out of the home town for the past 40 years and as all the petitioners belong to the same family, they are unable to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties. Hence, he prays that a common surety may be permitted for all the petitioners.

Consideration the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 17226 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.''
