Respondents PRAYER:-Writ Petition has been filed under article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records from the 2nd respondent in respect of F.No.89256-2010-Appeal A 17035, dated 26.05.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry after affording due opportunity to the petitioner.

ORDER

The order of rejection, dated 26.05.2010 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that a permission was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sought for additional intake of students for the Academic year 2004-

2005. However, now after a lapse of about 12 years, the grounds raised in this regard cannot be considered by this Court in the present writ petition. If any grievance exist in respect of the current Academic year, then it is left open to the writ petitioner to prefer proper application before the competent Authority in this regard.

3. With these observations, this writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
