Ka.No. 6946/A1/2025/FSD by considering in his representation dated 06.10.2025 and by taking into account of his medical condition within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the Petitioners application dated 06.10.2025 under spouse priority category to be transferred in the available vacancy at Kallikudi and T.Kallupatti Block, Madurai District in pursuant to the proceedings of the 4th Respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.No.6946/A1/2025/FSD by considering in his representation dated 06.10.2025 and by taking into account of his medical condition.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 06.10.2025 for the very same relief.
3. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
