ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action on the compliant given by the petitioner, dated 26.08.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
