O R D E R

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges an interim order dated 17.10.2025 of the District Revenue Officer in relation to the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer on 12.09.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim order of the District Revenue Officer suffers from non-application of mind and that the said order is working considerable hardship for the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Government Plearder accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that no case is made out to interfere with such order and that such order records reasons in support thereof.

4. On perusal of the impugned order, it is noticeable that the District Revenue Officer recorded that the partition deed, the settlement 2/5

deed and other sale deeds were not duly considered. On that basis, the order has been issued. While learned counsel for the petitioner maintains that such interim conclusions are incorrect, I am not inclined to interfere with a discretionary order wherein reasons are recorded.

5. In the alternative, learned counsel for the petitioner makes the request that the District Revenue Officer be directed to dispose of the revision petition expeditiously. This request is reasonable. Therefore, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the District Revenue Officer to dispose of the pending revision petition within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein.
