ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to amend the cause title and also to extend the time for furnishing sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner's name Jegan is not found in the FIR, but the Company is added as an accused. The petitioner Jegan is represented the Company as Director. Hence, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended by four weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.16899 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025. 2/4
