ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2025 and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection for cultivating the property in S.No.69/2 measuring an extent of 1 Acre 25 cents in Athikudi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has filed a civil suit in O.S. No.239 of 2022 and the learned District Munsif has also granted interim injunction against the respondents 4 to 8; and that inspite of the same, the respondents 4 to 8 are still interfering with her possession. 2/4

3. This Court is of the view that if the respondents 4 to 8 have violated the order of the Civil Court, the petitioner may seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court. The respondent Police cannot interfere in such a dispute.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
