Heard Mr.S.Ayyanar Prem Kumar, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

2. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 20.09.2025 passed in STC No.780 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District, whereby the said case was dismissed under Section 204(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3 The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, would submit that the petitioner was represented by his counsel, Mr. M. Easwaramoorthi, and that, as a matter of fact, the process fee had also been paid, as could be seen from the endorsement dated 11.07.2024 in the process memo. He would submit that the impugned order was passed without considering the materials on record.

In view of the above, the order passed in STC No. 780 of 2017 dated 20.09.2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District, is set aside, and the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, is directed to reconsider the matter afresh, keeping in view the endorsement made on 11.07.2024 in the process memo. 2/4
5. This Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
