When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported "no instructions" from the petitioner. This writ petition is of the year 2011. Having been enjoying the fruits of the interim order, it is the duty of the petitioner to have in touch with his counsel and proceed with the matter. But, he has failed to do so. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
