This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2013 and take appropriate action for proper maintenance of the immovable property in S.F.No.67/1 Punjai 2.04.5 Hectares of Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Temple situated at Vaiyamalaipalayam, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the property in S.F.No.67/1 Punjai 2.04.5 Hectares, absolutely belongs to Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Temple, situated at Vaiyamalaipalayam, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. Since the fourth respondent, being the hereditary trustee of the said temple, has not properly maintained the said property of the temple, the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.06.2013 to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action in this regard. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above stated prayer.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
