The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to disburse the Gratuity amount of Rs.1,51,854/- to the petitioner, which belongs to her husband, namely Late.R.Jeyakumar, on the basis of the representation dated 28.06.2013, given by the petitioner to the first respondent. 2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Mr.R.Pandivel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the gratuity amount due to the petitioner had already been settled long back. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
