This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner for operation and withdrawal of amount from her Savings Bank Account No.61802210017020 maintained in the 1st respondent Bank.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
