Respondents Prayer: The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.No.38353/2012/A8, dated 09.05.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.205 to an extent of 2 acres in Pillayarpatti Village, Thanjavur District.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Na.No.38353/2012/A8, dated 09.05.2013 and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.205 to an extent of 2 acres in Pillayarpatti Village, Thanjavur District.

2.In the counter affidavit it has been clearly stated that as Second Appeal has been dismissed for default and a restoration petition is pending, it is not known as to whether the restoration application is still pending or not.

3.In view of the above, further orders will be passed based on the result of the appeal. Hence, the Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
