ORDER
(Order of this Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The Writ petition has been filed invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Backward Community certificate issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to issue a fresh community certificate in the name of Scheduled Caste community to the petitioner.

as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the copy of the representation dated 29.06.2013 wherein the petitioner has stated that she belongs to Hindu Pallan Community of Scheduled caste and she is in need of community certificate and she has also furnished supporting materials for the same. 4.Having gone through the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we find it just and reasonable to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders according to law on merits. 5.In the result, the Writ petition is allowed and the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2014 after conducting enquiry and pass appropriate orders according to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
