2.This matter is taken up for hearing today after service to the other side.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the 4th respondent / Tahsildar, Aranthangi has already passed an order based on the representation of the petitioner in his proceedings Na.Ka.16277/2012/A1, dated NIL.10.2012. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings. 4.When that being the factual position, I do not think that the prayer in the Writ petition survives any more. Hence, it is for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar, Aranthangi, if at all he is aggrieved against the same. 5.Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Tahsildar, Aranthangi, in the manner known to law, if at all there is any grievance.
