Respondents Prayer: The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.26571/13/G5, dated 31.05.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to provide joint patta to the petitioner's property in S.No.110/13A.
