This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent for unlawful seizure of the petitioner's TAFE 5245 Tractor bearing Registration No.TN 58 W 9032 without following any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

due process of law and consequently direct the third respondent to pay compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner for the loss and mental agony caused to her.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication, since the vehicle in question has already been returned to the petitioner.
