Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their agents, subordinates, officers, men etc. from preventing the petitioner and petitioner association members' sand lorries, while plying through Karur - Trichy Highways between 6.00 AM to 10.00A.M. and 3.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M. pursuant to the oral order passed on 22.03.2011 and directing the respondents to permit the sand lorries from 6.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. on full working hours of the sand quarries as already fixed by this Honourable Court and to direct the 2nd respondent to take legal action against the persons who were responsible for the damages caused for the sand lorries Govt. buses and police patrol van.

This petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the respondents, their agents, subordinates, officers, men etc. from preventing the petitioner and petitioner association members' sand lorries, while plying through Karur - Trichy Highways between 6.00 AM to 10.00A.M. and 3.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M. pursuant to the oral order passed on 22.03.2011 and directing the respondents to permit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the sand lorries from 6.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. on full working hours of the sand quarries as already fixed by this Honourable Court and to direct the 2nd respondent to take legal action against the persons, who were responsible for the damages caused for the sand lorries, Government buses and police patrol van.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side have submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and therefore, the petition may be closed as infructuous.
