This Petition is filed to exempt the petitioner from paying the Court fees of Rs.14,000/- in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner / claimant is a driver and hence, he is not able to pay the Court fees of Rs.14,000/- in the above appeal.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the petitioner is exempted from paying the Court fee.
