ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to give Police protection for loading and unloading the materials available at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited depot at M/s.Vaid Logistics Private Limited, 71/3B, Main Road, South Street, Kongapatti, Vadugapatti, Usilampatti, Madurai, based on the petitioner's complaint and CSR No.890 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025 issued by the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that since there are rival claimants and the parties, who are allegedly preventing the petitioner from loading and unloading materials have not been impleaded, no such direction can be given to the petitioner.

3. In view of the limited prayer to consider the petitioner's representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same after giving notice to the necessary parties and take appropriate action and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
